I highly recommend Pelvic Prescription for pelvic floor issues & bowel/bladder problems. Dr. Nicole is my PT & she is so awesome! She is very easy to talk to about personal issues like prolapsed uterus & bowel/bladder problems. She is teaching me how to strengthen my pelvic floor with home exercises. She is teaching me how to breathe when lifting my patient & when exercising. She is helping me with my bowel & bladder issues. I wish I knew about Pelvic PT years ago when my uterus first prolapsed. I was very happy to see Pelvic Prescription on social media. It’s so good to know that there are other women with pelvic floor issues, that I am not alone.

My daughter referred me to Pelvic Prescription as she had issues after her second child and these resolved with therapy. Oh how I wish I would have found Nicole sooner in life. I have seen improvement after only a few sessions! It’s never too late to get help and improve your quality of life!

Working with Amy has given me my life back. I have had chronic back and hip pain that at my age (60), combined with weak pelvic floor muscles, had gotten to the point that I was not comfortable when out in public for fear of an embarrassing accident. Not a fan of drugs or surgery, I met Amy who through patience, exercise and physical therapy has given me the confidence to once again enjoy the things I love like yoga, biking, long walks and more! She is amazing and has taught me how to manage the problems I was having in ways that I am comfortable with. I am so glad I went this route and don’t think I would have seen such good results had it not been for Amy’s kind, thoughtful, and caring approach.

The entire team at Pelvic Prescription is wonderful! I went to get help with some issues due to menopause and POP – things are just now getting the attention they deserve! I received excellent care and learned important exercises and breathing techniques. I am so glad I went and was able to refer others!

I am a post menopausal widow who had been “inactive” for over 7 years. Pelvic Prescription worked with me to rejuvenate and strengthen my muscles and give me back my life!! I highly recommend them.

Dr. Emily is a superb, caring, and professional physical therapist. I’ve been her patient for several months, thanks to a recommendation by a good friend, and it’s truly been a blessing. She listens, she teaches, and she cares deeply. She has truly been a lifesaver in so many ways, and I look forward to all of my appointments with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone without any hesitation.
Dr. Emily is amazing. She really helped me through my postpartum recovery including addressing diastasis recti and lower back pain. Therapy consisted of massage, stretching and some strength training. I never knew that a few weeks of PT could be so life-changing. Highly recommend!
Dr. Kristen’s professionalism and compassion made me feel completely comfortable discussing sensitive topics. She created a safe and non-judgmental environment, which allowed me to openly address my concerns and receive practical advice tailored to my needs. I left feeling empowered and informed!
I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Kristen, who made what could have been a very uncomfortable conversation about female pelvic floor strength into a professional and comfortable experience. As a postmenopausal woman, discussing intimate pelvic floor issues can be daunting, but Dr. Kristen’s demeanor and expertise immediately put me at ease. She listened attentively to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and provided clear explanations throughout our discussion.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kristen who has truly worked wonders! She put me at ease and worked with me to change things that I didn’t think could change. She put me back in control of my body, and I am thankful to know I can always call them/go back if ever needed. If you’re on the fence deciding whether or not to give them a try, I cannot recommend them enough.
Can’t recommend Pelvic Prescription enough! Everything from the facility to the experience with staff to the programming has been excellent. I had 4 babies in a short time period and have finally experienced progress in repairing my diastasis recti and core. I appreciate that they work WITH my athletic goals instead of counting them out. Plus, their schedule makes it easy to get in early or late, if needed. All around, 10/10!
Fantastic place. Everyone knows what they’re doing and I feel better after early visits.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Nicole Worline at Pelvic Prescription. She is the perfect mix of professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly relatable — I felt like I’d known her forever after just one visit. She’s been helping me with a rib injury, hip tightness, and my c-section shelf — something that’s been a real source of self-consciousness for me. I was also constantly running to the bathroom and feeling like I was at the mercy of my bladder — not anymore! Each week, I get personalized exercises to do at home, and I’ve truly noticed a difference in my strength, alignment, and confidence. I feel more in control of my body than I have in years. I only wish I had known about pelvic floor PT when I was pregnant — it would’ve been a game changer.
After having two babies, pelvic floor therapy here has truly changed my life. It’s helped me feel strong enough to do everyday things again—like exercise, clean up around the house, and comfortably hold my babies. The entire staff is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping you heal—not just your pelvic floor, but your whole body. They understand how everything is connected, and their care reflects that. I highly recommend this place to any mom or anyone recovering from injury. You’ll feel supported every step of the way!
I can’t recommend Dr. Nicole at Pelvic Prescription highly enough! After 10 months of daily hip and back pain postpartum — despite working with another therapist and trying various online rehab programs — I finally found real relief here. After just a few sessions, I could walk, fold laundry, and lift my baby without severe pain. The whole team is warm and welcoming, and the office is beautiful. I truly look forward to every visit. I also love their holistic approach, focusing on the whole body rather than just isolated symptoms. I’m still on my healing journey, but I’m so encouraged by my progress and so grateful I found Dr. Nicole!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Pelvic Prescription and the women there. I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Amy prior to getting pregnant with my third child, and started being treated there with Dr. Lydia (who has since moved, but has been replaced by the equally amazing Dr. Kristen) at about 30 weeks pregnant. Thanks to the Pelvic Prescription team, while my labor was insane (delivered approximately 16 minutes after arriving to the hospital- so my birth plan went out the window) my recovery was relatively easy. Their personalized guidance in the exercises that were best for me both during pregnancy and postpartum were invaluable and incredibly helpful vs trying to figure it out myself. I am a stronger, healthier mom thanks to them. Not only that, but they are SO welcoming, non judgmental, and FUN to be around. Nothing is TMI for them and that’s so important when it comes to pelvic health. Additionally- they never batted an eye when I brought my gaggle of wild and crazy boys to appointments with me, which was amazing since it wasn’t/isn’t easy for me to find childcare. If you are on the fence about if you should do pelvic PT, or where to go- this is your sign to call pelvic prescription up. You are worth the time and investment to prepare and recover from pregnancy and labor!
I am 2 years postpartum and have really struggled with healing my diastasis recti. I am a very active person but constantly struggled with back and knee pain. The internet suggestions were NOT working. A friend of mine told me about Pelvic Prescription PT so I decided to check them out. I am sooo glad I did! The staff is so welcoming and Dr. Nicole is awesome!!! She is very thorough, a great listener, understanding, encouraging, and has been such a blessing in my healing journey. I have learned so much and already see results in a matter of a few weeks. Ladies, do yourself a favor and go to Pelvic Prescription. You will not be disappointed!
I had so much pain from endometriosis for over a decade that after surgery, I thought my mild pain was normal. I came to Pelvic Prescription on my surgeon’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Lydia has helped my pain already and I’m only 1/3 through the program. The ladies there are so kind and professional and actually listen to you and your needs and tailor a plan for you. Big bonus- you can bring your kiddos!
In a long journey of PTs, doctors, and feeling a bit helpless, Dr. Lydia has been very kind, caring and most importantly helping me feel at ease with treatment. She genuinely cares about helping you along to a positive outcome. Don’t hesitate from being afraid or embarrassed. I am so grateful to have started on this journey.

This place is great. Clean, professional, organized. After an umbilical hernia repair I was having all sorts of issues and pelvic pain that Pelvic Prescription helped me overcome. I honestly think physical therapy should be a required recovery practice from any surgical procedure at this point; can’t speak highly enough about Nicole and the team here.
