About

Dr. Meghan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in pelvic health and pregnancy/postpartum. She is originally from upstate New York, but decided she had enough of the snow and headed south to attend High Point University, where she earned her B.S. in Exercise Science. She later completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Stony Brook University on Long Island before making her way back to North Carolina. After working a few years in Charlotte as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, she and her fiancé decided to make Wilmington home.

Dr. Meghan started her career in outpatient orthopedics before discovering a passion for pelvic health. She’s especially passionate about caring for an often underserved population and loves creating a space where patients feel heard, supported, and comfortable sharing their stories. To Dr. Meghan, helping someone get back to living life with confidence is truly the best part of her work.

She has completed multiple Herman & Wallace pelvic health courses, training in dry needling, and training in running analysis. Whether you’re hoping to get back to running, lifting, chasing your kids, or simply feeling more like yourself again, Dr. Meghan takes a whole-body approach to help you get there.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll probably find her running, walking her crazy hound dog Juju, traveling to visit family, or getting lost in a good book.

Fun fact: Last year Meghan and her fiancé earned their American Sailing Association 101 certifications on Lake Norman!
