About

Dr. Lydia is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in pelvic health and pregnancy/postpartum with several years of experience in specialty pelvic health clinics in Louisiana and North Carolina treating thousands of women and men with pelvic floor dysfunction as well.

Dr. Lydia was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. She has a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in Arizona. She enjoys pilates, getting out on the boat, crafting with her Cricut, and baking.

Dr. Lydia is passionate about helping women and men overcome bladder and bowel issues because of how impactful this is for our patients to find freedom and confidence! She wishes more women knew that leakage and pain with intercourse are not normal. She believes in the power of proactive and preventative healthcare and not waiting until the pelvic condition worsens before reaching out for help because pelvic floor physical therapists are here for you to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
